Adopt a Platoon Team …Thank you so much for the abundance of packages that you sent to me and my Soldiers. As a platoon full of medics we often spend all our time taking care of everyone else, so it was nice to be taken care of for once. It was especially nice to receive 7 packages during this post-holiday lull. We are also busy preparing for a new mission so it was nice to take a break and enjoy some goodies from the states. We all feel very loved just in time for Valentine’s Day. My platoon is extremely grateful for your time and effort to make our deployment more comfortable. Thank you again. 1-35AR MEDO.
The Aid Station NCOIC and one of his medics enjoy a box full of great field snacks. The aid station takes medical care of the 500 soldiers in our armored battalion.
One of the infantry company medics really likes chocolate chip cookies…let’s be honest …He likes anything with sugar! Haha!
One of our medics from the evacuation squad is cheesing with his AdoptaPlatoon box. His job is to treat casualties in the back of an ambulance while they are being transported to an aid station.
